Additional Platform Information

Email and API Usage: Emails are collected through the Gmail API with your consent during registration. These emails are used solely for sending automated replies and monitoring customer responses (e.g., sentiment analysis). You have the option to delete these emails at any time.

Voice Agent Monitoring: For voice agents, we monitor usage metrics such as call durations and aggregate statistics to provide insights and analytics. We do not access or analyze the detailed content of your conversations.
